Welcome to Bikash Electronics. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, storefront, and services. By accessing or shopping with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, images, code scripts, animation files, layout designs, and text featured on this site are the exclusive property of Bikash Electronics (trademark of Bikash Electronics) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized distribution or copying is strictly prohibited.

3. Product Specifications & Pricing

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product images and descriptions. However, due to continuous supply improvements, color batches, and vendor parts, exact appearances may vary slightly.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice at any time.

4. Billing & Payments

All prepaid orders must be fully paid through our integrated payment systems (UPI, credit/debit cards, bank transfer) before shipping. Invoices are generated automatically and sent to your registered email.

* We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

5. Technical Usage Liability

LED strips, microcontrollers, and SMPS power units require precise voltage inputs and polarities. Bikash Electronics is NOT responsible for product failure or hardware damages resulting from installation mistakes, reverse polarity connection, overload, or unauthorized circuit modification.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Midnapore.
