Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Bikash Electronics, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality products that are thoroughly checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of electronic products, certain conditions apply to returns, replacements, and refunds.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Products Eligible for Return or Replacement

A product may be eligible for replacement only under the following circumstances:

• Product received in damaged condition.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Product received with a manufacturing defect.
• Product not functioning upon arrival (Dead on Arrival - DOA).

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers must contact our support team and provide:

• Order Number
• Product Photos
• Package Photos
• Unboxing Video (highly recommended)
• Detailed Description of the Issue

* Failure to provide sufficient evidence (like unboxing videos or images) may result in the rejection of your claim.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Pixel LEDs that have been used, cut, soldered, or modified.
• LED Controllers that have been incorrectly connected or damaged due to improper installation.
• SMPS (Power Supplies) damaged due to overload, short circuit, water exposure, or incorrect wiring.
• Custom-programmed files, animation code, or digital products.
• Products damaged by customer handling.
• Products purchased during special clearance or promotional sales.
• Products showing signs of physical damage after delivery.

4. Custom Programming Services

All custom LED programming services, animation files, configuration files, and digital downloads are non-refundable.

Once programming work has been delivered or approved by the customer, no refund or cancellation request will be accepted.

5. Replacement Process

If a replacement request is approved by our support team:

1. The customer must return the product to the address provided by our support team.
2. The product will be inspected by our technical team to verify the issue.
3. If the defect or discrepancy is verified, a replacement product will be shipped out.

Replacement processing may take 3–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in the following situations:

• Ordered product is unavailable.
• Replacement product is unavailable.
• Order is cancelled before dispatch.
• Verified manufacturing defect where replacement is not possible.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect product selection by the customer.
• Installation mistakes or wiring damage.
• Compatibility issues not confirmed with our team before purchase.
• Delays caused by courier companies.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

* Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Custom orders, special procurement items, and programming services cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

9. Shipping Charges for Returns

Unless the error is caused by Bikash Electronics (e.g. wrong item sent), customers are responsible for paying the return shipping charges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

10. Important Notice

Electronic products require proper installation and handling. We strongly recommend that all products be installed by qualified technicians.

Bikash Electronics shall not be held responsible for damage caused by:

• Incorrect wiring
• Reverse polarity connection
• Excess voltage
• Water damage or outdoor exposure without waterproofing
• Physical mishandling
• Unauthorized modifications
