1Cancellation Window & Eligibility
You may cancel any standard retail order placed on Bikash Electronics anytime before it is dispatched from our facility.
Because we aim for fast delivery across India, orders are frequently packed and dispatched within 12 to 24 hours of placement. Therefore, we urge customers to submit any cancellation request as quickly as possible.
Zero Deduction Guarantee
If your cancellation request is received prior to courier pickup, 100% of your payment (including shipping charges) will be refunded to your source payment method without any cancellation deductions.
2How to Cancel Your Order
Direct WhatsApp Notification (Fastest)
Message our logistics desk on WhatsApp at +91 74071 21864 with your Order ID and the subject: "URGENT: Cancel Order [Your ID]". Our staff will immediately halt packaging.
Customer Account Portal
Log in to your account, visit your Orders list, and if the order is still in "Pending" or "Processing" status, click the Cancel Order button.
Email Request
Send an email to bikashelectronicsofficial@gmail.com with your registered phone number and reason for cancellation.
3Non-Cancellable Orders
Cancellations cannot be approved in the following cases:
- Dispatched Parcels: Once your parcel is scanned and handed to the logistics partner (Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post) and an AWB tracking number is active, the order is in transit and cannot be recalled.
- Custom Pixel LED Programming: Bespoke animation sequences, custom effect mapping, and code programming once work has commenced or been sent.
- Customized Hardware Assemblies: Pre-soldered LED matrices or custom power wiring built specifically to customer size specifications.
4Post-Cancellation Refund Process
Once your cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, our billing team immediately issues a 100% full reversal to your original payment method (credited within 24–48 hours for UPI or 3–5 working days for cards/net banking).
